Mobile Phones: Sony Ericsson G700 / G900

Sony Ericsson unveils two new UIQ Smartphones. The G900 has all the functions of the G700 plus the added features of a 5.0 megapixel camera with Auto Focus and WiFi, instead of the 3.2 megapixel camera with fixed focus on the G700 and no WiFi.

Both phones features a 2.4-inch touchscreen display, Stylus and a cool "sticky notes" feature. Write "sticky notes" directly on the screen with the Stylus and paste them to the Homescreen as reminders.
The mobile phones features Bluetooth (A2DP), TrackID, FM radio with RDS, Opera web browser, text-input, calendar features, tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM/GPRS, 2100Mhz UMTS (3G), 2.4-inch touchscreen QVGA display, Photo light, Image stabilizer, Picture blogging, Video recording, TrackID, FM radio with RDS, Speakerphone and Push Email.
Sony Ericsson G700 / G900 measures 106 x 49 x 13mm and weights 99 grams. They have 160MB internal memory that can be expanded by Memory Stick Micro (M2) cards.

Both have a talk time up to 12 hours (GSM) and a standby time up to 380 hours (GSM).
G700 will be available in Silk Bronze and G900 in Dark Red and Dark Brown sometime in Q2 2008.
